Since we are on a “planning our day” kick, let’s go full to circle to talk about planning our year! Call me crazy, but one of my favorite parts about getting ready for fall is shopping for calendars. I know it is barely August, but many calendars start in August to capture all of the early school activities. I figured this would be a great time to share one of my favorite posts of yore about the calendar that tops my list. I also stumbled across some other pretty adorable calendars that I just had to share.
I am in love…with a calendar! I know, I know, those are strong words but I just feel it welling up inside of me. In my long, anticlimactic hunt for the perfect planner, I eventually settled and decided to continue the hunt in preparation for next year. Well, I found it at Orange Circle Studio. This calendar has everything I wanted and more, plus it’s cute!
I don’t even think the picture does it justice. It has a month view and right below it is the weekly view separated into morning, afternoon, etc. There is even a place to write your to-do list with a perforated edge so you can take it with you. Wow, they thought of everything!
As much as I love the wall calendar, the most practical one for me would be the Do-It-All Planner. I could throw it in my purse for a quick planning session at the park. It even comes with stickers!
I mean it comes with stickers and a pocket, come on!! They also have a bunch of calendars just for moms, like this Do It All MOM Calendar. Each day has a grid to write in different family member activities.
There are so many options on their website, including stationary gifts. Check out this one for menu planning with a removable grocery list, what! Talk about meal planning!
Since we all know that there is no one size fits all when it comes to calendars, here is another options that might float your boat.
If you are more of a loose leaf binder type of gal, customize to your heart’s content with this lovely option from Mom Agenda (psst, it is a little pricey but there is a giveaway on Theta Mom until 8/10/11).
Do you have a favorite planner you come back to every year? Or are you like me and go back and forth between digital and paper based planners? I’d love to hear what you use!
I was not compensated in anyway for the recommendation of these products. It is all true love!
