We are oh so excited to welcome Jen from Pro Organizer Studio today! Jen is a mentor and coach to professional organizer focusing on all aspects of running an organizing business.
But before Jen became a mentor to professional organizers, she was an organizer herself and has so much experience working with clients and getting things done in her own life!

Jen has been a business mentor of mine for a couple years and I am so excited to share her can-do attitude with you.
She developed Pro Organizer Studio as a resource for professional organizers when she discovered, during her own experience starting an organizing business, the steps and information available was unclear and overwhelming.
Clear Priorities
What I love about Jen is her ability to focus on clear priorities and let the other less important tasks go, even if it is just for now. You can always come back later if necessary.
Whether in personal life or business, it is so easy to get bogged down with the unimportant tasks that feel so urgent.
We had heard of the Eisenhower Matrix but The Successtinator’s Matrix she shared from the blog Wait but Why, was a such an accurate visual that really got us thinking about our own tasks! That little red monster is chasing us around, stressing us out about urgent tasks. However, we never get to Q2 which is where those important tasks live.
We definitely need to spend more time on this idea, possibly in a future episode! I don’t know about you, but I love camping out in Q4 crossing things off my seemingly important to-do list.
My new launch Lingo
Now we all know in reality, we do have to take care of urgent but not important tasks regularly, hello Q3! But I love the perspective change Jen gives us.
There are those inner battle with perfectionism that comes out. We want to do it all and we want to do it really, really well! But sometimes “good enough” is good enough.
Yes, that is so easy to type, but hard to live out when you look around and feel like everyone else is doing it better than you.
But it is time to clear out that mental clutter of feeling like you are not enough. Seriously, skip to 17 minutes into the episode, you can always go back and listen to the rest later, this is a must hear message!
I think I am stealing this from Jen for my new Launch Lingo! If you are asking yourself, “What’s a Launch Lingo?” Check out Episode 3: Three Ways to Give Yourself a Boost, to hear all about it!
